Short vacation to Keral via Kanyakumari

Recently I done with my short vacation to few tourist destinations in Kerala and Kanyakumari. However the trip was so special as we witnessed marriage in Keral, it was one of my friend who tie knot at the same time. As most of my friends asking to put down my experience on paper so that they can share or plan their journey. I'm trying my level best to put everything so that it will be more informative to reader.

We had marriage to attend at Ernakulam district in Kerala, it is one of the central destination in Kerala. We booked tickets of 'Garib Rath' train two month prior to our journey from Kurla, Mumbai. Simultaneously we booked return tickets from Kochin to Pune via Indigo airways. Again, we booked flight tickets couple of month ago for better discounts. So in total we spent 1100/- for train and 2750/- for flight.

We started our journey from Kurla on Friday at 4.55pm, we traveled via Udupi -> Mangaluru -> Kasargod -> Shornoor to reach Ernakulam at 4.30pm on Saturday. Our friend arranged transport to his home. On Sunday, we attended his marriage. It was wonderful experience as we witnessed their rituals first time on the occasion of his marriage. A couple will attend temple to tie the knot with blessings from God and Bhataji.

It was followed by reception at nearby hall where we found a folk dance which was so symbolic to their culture to welcome newly married couple. I have complete video and will share soon.

In whole stay at this marriage place, we had typical South-Indian meal with rice with number of vegetables and pickles. As we belongs to Maharashtra, we used to with Chapati-Sabji and Rice. But in Kerala, we hardly found Chapati during our five day stay.

Then we bag-pack and started our journey to explore Kanyakumari. As we have no package tour, we generally get in touch with local people on how to commute to other places. We reached Ernakulam station on Sunday night where as lady at ticket counter guide us to reach Kanyakumari. As she suggested, we need to take route of Thiruvananthapuram-Nagercoil to reach Kanykaumri. We board train around 11.00 pm at Ernakulam and started heading to Thiruvananthapuram, immediate after reaching their we found train to Nagercoil which reach at 5.30am. At Nagercoil we had train to Kanykumari at 6.20am only reach to our final destination at 7.00am.

We already had booking for a Hotel to stay in Kanyakumari. We checked in at Hotel 'Gopi Nivas', jsut 1.5km away from Station, so no need to take auto-rickshaw unless and untill you have heavy luggage. Hotel reception hand-over keys along with tourist places and in and around Kanyakumari. This is what I prefer when I travel unknown places to get the list of famous places, check with local people on commute. I found all places at Kanyakumari are few steps away. We ggt refreshed and started our heritage walk in Kanyakumari.

At first, we visited 'Vivekanand Rock'. You need to take ferry to reach there. They charge around Rs. 40/- per person. At Vivekanand Rock, you will find 'Vivekanand Statue', few book sellers. We spent couple of hours there.

A ferry include visit to 133 feet statue of poet and philosopher Thiruvalluvar, however due to low tide, a ferry was suspended for time being. Next time good luck :-) After having fun at Vivekanand Rock, we head back to hotel to have some rest and meal.

At 4.00 pm, we again wear our shoes and headed towards Mahatma Gandhi memorial and fish aquarium. A plan was followed by sunset at the last. Kanyakumari is the only place in India where you can witness Sunrise and Sunset at the same place. I am luck to have glimple of both the occurrences as we had stay in the Kanykumari.

After sunset, we visited local market for shopping. We spent time until we get hungry. Post shopping we had our dinner, kept everything we shopped at hotel and went to Sea-Shore to only witness sound of waves when there is no-men :-) We came back to hotel at 11.45 pm to have some rest as we planned to visit Thiruvananthapuram on the next day.

We got up early in the morning to catch glimpse of sunrise. Post sunrise, we visited Kanyakumari temple. Then we came back to Hotel to check out and started journey to North (geographically we moving north :-) )

We come to Kanyakumari station where Tea-vendor suggested that instead of waiting for train, you can take auto rickshaw to reach Nagercoil where you can visit Suchindram temple on your way and autowala will halt for some time. We hired auto for 380/- to travel Nagercoil via Suchindram temple. We reach there at 9.30 am and spend an half an hour. This ancient temple had very nice architecture. The only constraint is to take off you cloths before entering the temple.

Then we moved to Nagercoil to have train to Thiruvananthapuram, we had train at 10.25 am which reached at 12.45pm. After reaching Thiruvananthapuram, we had lunch. We had little chat with hotel owner and found that Padmanabhaswamy temple is now closed and will open at 5pm. He suggested to hire auto rickshaw and roam around to visit tourist places till 5pm. We hired auto-rickshow for 600/- for a day where auto-driver promised that he will accompany us till evening and will drop us at train station.

The first place we visited was Poovar beach. Here you will find lot of vendor who offer back-water drive for an hour with Rs. 2000/- per person. However we were not in mood to spend an hour due to time constrain so that we head back to Kovalam beach.

On our way back to Kovalam beach, we visited government owned Fish Aquarium followed by Shipping Harbor.

The another destination on our way to Kovalam beach was Light House. It was wonderful experience to reach at the top of Light House and have view of Kovalam Beach and Arabic sea.

After having some fun and photo session at light house, we traveled to Kovalam Beach. This beach has clean water so that you can have boat ride, surfing and swimming at same place. We spend some time here.

Then we head back to Padmanabhaswamy temple at 5.30pm. Again we had take off our cloths before entering the temple. A temple is so huge that you need at least an hour visit each area accessible in this temple. Due to recent gold-rush at this temple, it has multiple fold security inside and outside of the temple premises.

After Padmanabhaswamy temple, it was almost done for our trip. The only mistake I did was flight booking I made from Kochin. So that we traveled back to Ernakulam from Thiruvananthapuram on Tuesday night. We had our flight from Cochin on Wednesday to reach our home in Pune.

I have summarized our trip in very short words as most my friends asked me pen down so that it will help other netizens. Thanks for reading this blog and hope this will be helpful to you.

Crazy netizens or is it a change?

I called up, ‘Hey, what happened? I saw you post, why are you deactivating your facebook account?’

My friend, Sanket replied on another side, ‘I do not believe in this virtual reality, better to stay away. However my post suggest I will be deactive for temporary but that is not true. I am quitting facebook forever.’

I stumbled, a guy who used to post each and every happening around him stopped using facebook. At one moment, I agreed on his opinion on virtual world.

Few days passed away, suddenly Sanket’s post start blooming on my social account.

I text him, ‘Hey buddy, I know you will be back soon’

He replied, ‘Hey, you know why I come back. Let me call you, I can’t text everything J’

I had chat over phone with Sanket, he brief his decision of reactivating account by a symbolic story.

In an ancient days, one of the remote village had water pump located at center of the village. All villagers used to have water source as that water pump. Each day villagers queue up to have water next to water pump as that is the only drinking water source around.

One fine day, one of the villager saw a dream where he witnessed that if anyone drink water from only source of water in the village i.e. from Water pump will get crazy. The age represented in this story is the one when people used to believe on dreams and makes decision accordingly.

A villager woke up early in the morning and heads up directly to water pump. As he reach there, he started asking people not to drink this water as people will become crazy if they do so. When villagers arguing with him, he started explaining whatever he witnessed in the dream. People started laughing on him and started pumping water by ignoring his argument on possible craziness upon drinking water.

To make him more embraced, one of the villager take sip of water and said ‘See, I drink water and become crazy now’. All people around bust into laugh again.

Still the villager tried to convince people to not drink water as per his dream. After few days, people started laughing at him and started calling ‘Crazy’ to him.

One of the villager passed comment at him, “Drink the water and become crazy like us.”

A villager got frustrated day by day and tired of explaining people to do not drink water at only water pump in the village. No one was in mood to listen him. Finally, a day has come and he visited water pump and drunk the water to became crazy like other people in his village.

The story ended with clear notion that Sanket was tired to listen from people around him that ‘Kya baat kar raha hai? Tera facebook pe account nahi hai?’ (Meaning ‘What are you saying, dude? Don’t you have account on facebook?’).

Baap.....Baap hota hai

Parenting at age of 60 means child having 60 years of experience to learn from, 30 years of experience from each. On every mistake pop is the person who pinch your cheeks or ear on the other hand mom is the person who stand beside you to keep you away from mere starring of dad. A story will reveal how father justify his role in our life, however mom play equal role too.

A son completed his masters and started leaving abroad due to job duties. He found that the Indian food is not option anywhere around so he made sure to have his own setup to cook on his own.

However till now he never went into such trauma as he was with his parents till finished his higher education. He brought up necessary vegetables and spices from nearby super market. To get the job done with little guidance he called up to his mom,

"Hello mom, I need your help for cooking today."

Mom said, "Yeah, I can understand pain of leaving in foreign country, we have to be prepared to cook on our own Indian style food with spices. Indian prefer spicy food"

He replied, "Yeah agree, please tell me simple recipe to cook a real quick, I am so hungry today".

Mom explained a simple recipe and about to hang-up the phone, suddenly pop added, "Tell him to add salt else food will be tasteless." who was listening every conversation between mom and son.

A son was listening at other end and smiled on his pop's cleverness. Mom replied to his pop, "That is no need to tell him, Everyone knows that.". Still mom smiled and explained what step pop trying to add to recipe and bust into laugh and put down the receiver.

After all, son prepared food and added salt only after he realized that he forgot to add salt during dinner. So 'Baap....Baap Hota Hai' meaning 'Father is always great'. He is always around and put his thoughts to keep family on right track and direction. This is just an example on how pop make difference in our life.

The post is dedicated to all parents on the occasion of Parents Day.

A trust is like glass, once broken can never be whole again

It was four years of relationship during their graduation. They have little unrest in their relation and it was all over. It was sudden for a boy so he was upset. Still he tried every mean to reach her with no luck.

Few days later, her photo popped up on his Facebook wall with a boy whom she gone marry soon. This adds up frustration to boy who did not even informed by her. The photo clearly express happiness on her face, a boy can easily track her smile, after all he spent four years with her in relationship.

He was more saddened the way come to know the news of her decision to marry another person than their last verbal spat. His message box full with texts like 'A girl ditch you, hit Like button and surrender', 'History made, a girl ditch a boy'.

He was embarrassed by the way he cheated and decided to teach a lesson so she will not dare to repeat such mistakes.

The information is just a click away in the age of internet. He called the groom whom she going to marry.

"My name is not important, this call will sum up everything" and he hang up. he receive call back and replied same adding warning tone that "You call me any number of times, you will receive same answer".

A groom was in fatal situation and called a girl directly to only come to know that the caller is belongs to bride's family relations. For further reliance groom asked to bring called next to him as he sought the case of loving bird.

A very next day, her father managed to appear with him next to future son-in-law. Before coming, a bride's father requested him to answer their question to save this marriage. However he shout at her father and explained what trauma he suffered after end of their relationship.

A groom, his family bombarded questions like anything to him, however the only reply he gave was
"I wanted to broke her marriage as their family broke one in my family".

This answer was so fake as her father came know a real quick. However a relieving moment was that he never disclosed his relationship with her. Both the family members relieved and decided to continue with marriage.

However groom was not convinced and tried each and every way to get truth during each meeting with her till marriage date. Her mother know very well that a doubt in husband's mind ruin marriage life and decided to end this new relation before start and built one with her boyfriend.

Her mother called, "She is ready to marry you, she come to know her mistake."

A boy took long breath and said, "She breach trust and I will not feeling confident on my relationship with her anymore."

The answer teaches lesson to her for life time.

A trust is like glass, once broken can never be whole again.

Why Rahul Gandhi suspended himself?

New Delhi: A news coming from 10, Janpath late night on suspension of Rahul Gandhi from Congress Party confirmed by PTI. However everyone wondering why he suspended himself from his own party. Reportedly, in recent General Election, Rahul Gandhi took responsibility of defeat against Mr. Modi led NDA where whole world witnessed his sportsmanship when he accepted defeat responsibility very happily. To get more details on his own suspension, journalist reach out to 10, Janpath, a residence of party's vice president only came to know the reason which is really shocking to all of you.

In recent development, more and more party leaders from different states across country criticized Mr. Gandhi for historical defeat for Congress party. They all got suspended by Congress Working Committee (CWC) reasoning that single person can not be blamed for this 'historical' election defeat and let everyone from party cadre share this historical moment. The suspended party leader from Kerala TH Mustafa called Rahul a 'Joker' and demanded removal from his post. However, Mustafa was very well aware about party's position in Kerala and found no future for his career for next decade at least, reported by our senior journalist. In another incident, Congress leader from Rajastan, Bhanwar Lal Sharma, criticized Rahul that he has not come through democratic process and asked party to think beyond Rahul and Priyanka. Congress party reportedly suspended Mr. Sharma for criticizing party VP Mr. Rahul Gandhi. One of the election analyst said on the condition of anonymity that Mr. Sharma has same reason as Mr. Mustafa of no man's land for  party in near future in respective states for the party.

Indian Congress Party Vice President Rahul Gandhi came to know very late that his party suspended almost all party leaders and he is the only person remaining in the party. He took collective responsibility of all up and downs post election in his own party and suspended himself as he is the only decision maker by then. The rumor was that after defeat in General election, Congress Working Committee (CWC) concluded to dissolve party as it was dream of Mahatma Gandhi to do so post freedom at 1947. However twitter trend shows that it was just rumor and there is no base found on decision to dissolve party. Few tweets read that Mr. Rahul spreading such rumors on twitter to save his image. Twitter reported the rumor trending till late night on social media sites.

Jai Ho

I never know, a day will end by such a delightful experience at the end. It was another evening when I had dinner and went for a walk a little next to Royal Enfield show-room near to Chandni Chowk. I usually take my cellphone and make few calls to my parent, friends, etc during this small span of walk. I made couple of calls, during call I noticed that a public transport bus moving in reverse direction very slowly. I found that there is no bus conductor around to guide the bus driver. The bus driver really struggling to take reverse as he was driving in opposite direction of traffic towards Kothrud Depot. I was wondering why he was driving between middle of the road that too in opposite direction. To get out of curiosity, I decided to ask the driver directly and I concluded my call.

As I reach bus, it came to halt due to big speed breaker in it's way. However due to sloppy nature of road, bus crossed half of the speed breaker and came to halt. Meanwhile bus driver step down and went to nearby hotel. I thought how careless that driver behaving. First of all he was driving in opposite direction and now parked bus on speed breaker at middle of the road. I saw vehicles driving beside that bus were struggling to make way as there was no sign behind bus which will indicate bus is at halting position.

Looking at the sloppy nature of road, I took stone nearby and put that behind rear wheels before this bus driver stole image of Santosh Mane. The bus driver saw my moves and came to me. He said I have applied hand break so that bus will not move further. I replied by making gesture at the sloppy nature of road, you should not left bus in this situation at middle of road. He said that he is not leaving bus as it's break-down. As an IT profession, I asked him to wear his profession and call mechanics at depot to help you out. The answer I received stumbled me. He said, it's 10 pm and no one at car-shed at this moment so that he have two option either to wait till mechanic in next shift come to work at 12am midnight or took the vehicle to car-shed to hand it over to mechanic. However as per rule unless and until he hand over bus either to mechanic or car-shed depot, he could not leave. Addition to that he explained that he has no option other than driving at middle of the road as there is no one guiding on other side to stay away from parked vehicles on road-side.

I have good habit to ask all question starting with word 'W' to strangers to get maximum out of him before offering help and this situation rose few more questions. Next question I asked about bus-conductor to only know that he left after last trip whereas he drove bus on his own to fill diesel. The bus axle got break down near to Chandni Chowk so that he could not put bus in reverse gear and only slop on the road helping him to reach Kothrud-depot where he can hand over the bus and left for the day. I felt sadden when he said that he was on duty since six in the morning to manage leave next day. I explained him, there is traffic in the direction you are moving, so let us have some snacks as you are working for almost 14-15 hours till then traffic will get little slow post 11pm and I will help you to take reverse till end. He felt relieved and said he had some snacks after last trip and will wait to get traffic slower.

We wait for another half an hour. With help of few Senior citizens came for walk at nearby footpath, I manage to push bus further from speed-breaker. I ran behind bus and guide all vehicles to slow down their speed and made their way little careful beside bus. Still some rampant drivers slower their vehicle and use bad-words towards driver without consenting the situation. I found it was more risky to guide on both side, to driver to put bus away from parked vehicles and the vehicles driving in our direction. We reach at the area which was more residential in nature as both side of road had shops, few of the shopkeepers know me as I am regular customer on every another day. They were wondering what this guy is doing. It made ever lasting impression as I was in office attire. However I was not in mood to look around and was more worried about traffic and do my job at my level best to reach destination very safely.

Finally, we reached near to depot where bus came to halt almost after an hour as road was pretty flatter. The bus-driver step down of the bus. I looked around if we could have people to push bus further at road side. He said that there is no one around and he will go to depot to check if he could manage to have some help. Before leaving he asked me my name. I said my name. You can guess what he replied after learning that my name is like one of the powerful god in one of the famous Religion. Absolutely, he said 'Tumhi agadi devasarkhe bhetlat' meaning you meet me like a god. I put smile on my face and realized him that we can put some tree branches behind the bus as that is the only sign in India to show that bus is parked due to break-down. One could understand how tired he was so that realizing these things made me happier as my brain even stop thinking on business logic after 8 hours of duty. And here the guy worked for more than 16 hours.

Now you can relate title of the post and movie 'Jai Ho' where Salman Khan promoting culture to help three people and ask them further to help another three person when they get chance to help someone. Here neither I am promoting that message nor asking to become social activist, however little sense of situation in public life avert major mishaps.

Last night bed story

It was another way back journey to my college after summer vacation from my home town to Kolhapur, around 100km away. I used to read books during travel. However the story was different, not in the book I was reading but of course happened during my short journey. A girl, age around 24 with average look, seated beside me in the bus. She was little curious about the book I was reading and asked me about the book. I told her a little about the book and conversation turned to personal as she asked me about ongoing schooling, hometown, etc.

I used to talk with person beside me during travel, however most of the time I restrict to talk with male co-travelers. Here story was different, a girl beside was so talk-active and never hesitating to ask question to anonymous person like me, even during travel. As she asking me question, I showed some courtesy and ask few questions to her as well. Here I started with which college she studying. And you cannot believe, apart from answer to my question, the explanation I received was so lengthy to prove that she is typical girl, a talk active girl who stopped only after I reach near to Kolhapur.

She said that she was pursuing architecture study and staying in Kolhapur since last three years. She was recently married and it was her love marriage. I wondered as she exploring that she got married to son of corporator from my hometown where she used to visit on weekends as she still finishing her studies. On top of that she explained how she got introduced with this boy, her husband via one of her college friend.

She was talking uninterrupted and explained how a simple friendship turned to late night conversations and finally to marriage. She was accepting that she was not looking good as her boyfriend was. And how her friends and classmates were jealousy on their relationship. After marriage even her class-teacher says “Tu jari changali disat nasali tari, mulaga khup changala patawala tu, to pan nagar-sevakacha.” meaning “You are not looking good, however you managed to marry with son of corporator.” It was painful for her to listen such comments in college and wanted to finish graduation as early as possible.

On top of this conversation, she revealed some secrets of typical boy-friend who turned to became husband. She was explaining that before marriage her husband talk over phone till late night and used to travel 100km to meet her by skipping his friends. However situation changed after marriage, he partying with friends and came home late even she was visiting on weekends only. I puzzling a girl whom I met an hour ago who putting her sequence of life stories one after another next to a strange person. However I found her love story interesting as she told me that she had fight with her husband last night on the bed by showing injury mark on her hand. I was more curious about their fight and never refused myself to ask the reason of fight. Although I said it is not necessary to give me explanation. She elaborate with tearful eyes that her husband went to visit Mahalaxmi temple in Kolhapur with his friends yesterday. So she planned to have dinner with him at home as she confident that her husband will come to home for dinner. Even he promised dinner with her when he left in the morning. However her husband return only after having dinner with his friends whereas she was waiting late night for dinner with him. On top of that he took non-veg meal making her angrier as she was expecting he should have veg meal post visit to temple. This anger turn to fight in their bed room at second floor and she tried to jump from there. However her husband managed to caught her causing minor scratches on her hand. At the end she said that she wear full sleeves dress to hide injuries from her in-laws. I thought so caring daughter-in-law.

Meanwhile, we reached almost in Kolhapur. I was thinking to ask her why she explaining everything to a strange person like me. But as I told you earlier, she was so talk active. She said, I understood you might be thinking why I am telling everything to you. I mumbled how she able to read my mind. She continued, she belongs to Baramati, almost 500km from Kolhapur. As she did love marriage, everyone from her home stopped speaking or calling to her and no one around to share such things in nearby locality. She found a good friend in mine to speak loud and freely what her state of love-life going through since her marriage. I found she was little relieved when she step down at University.

Moral of the story is simply stated in famous quote in Hindi “Khola hota dil dosto ke saath, to kholana na padata aaj avajaro ke saath”. So keep sharing, keep speaking freely till you feel relieved, no matter where are you or with whom you are.

An Aam-Aadmi filed affidavit to change their name to Khaas-Aadmi

New Delhi: A residential of Chandni Chowk and accidentally become famous in recent days, an ‘Aam Adami’ filed affidavit to change their name to ‘Khaas Aadmi’, meaning special person. ‘Aam Aadmi’ reach out to first class magistrate with all necessary documents with duly attested copy of affidavit. We found Aam Aadmi hold photos of street march, candle march and few photos holding banner of corruption, inflation and rape as proof of origin.

Before filing affidavit, Aam Aadmi hold rally from Rajpath to Chandni chowk followed by press conference. When journalist asked Aam Aadmi, “Why he doing street march for just sake of his change in the name in such wee hours”. Then Aam Aadmi said, "there is legal provision to advertise change in name in daily local newspaper, however I personally do not trust in news media, all media is paid and they only publish news in interest of either Congress or BJP. I believe in street march as Mahatma Gandhi teach us to have such rallies to send your message in masses. On the other hand this march will be useful to prove myself as ‘Aam Aadmi’ next to magistrate.’

A puzzled journalists asked another question, "Why Aam Aadmi filing affidavit to change their name to Khaas Aadmi?" An Aam Aadmi said, "When I go anywhere and say I am Hindu, society call I'm agent of RSS. If I call myself Muslim, I categorized as congress’s vote bank. In recent days, if I call myself an Aam Aadmi, anyone around me either slap or through ink. So that I decided to change my name to ‘Khaas Aadmi’". Upon giving details on new name he said ‘Khaas Aadmi is like three monkey of Gandhi, who act as they never see, speak or hear anything even he do. The explanation on new name stunned everyone in press-conference hall.

When journalists seek more clarification on new name, an ‘Aam Aadmi’ run away from press conference and rush to his Maruti-800 by putting on his muffler on mouth and ear. PTI reported that they found ‘Aam Aadmi’ wearing black goggle on his eyes with muffler wrapped his face when he came out of magistrate office to prove that he become ‘Khaas Aadmi’ now.

Reportedly twitter declared topic 'Khaas Aadmi' trending globally and people asking where to donate to revamp the image of 'Khaas Aadmi' back to 'Aam Aadmi'. However one of the political analyst comment on the condition of anonymity that it will take years to regain reputation of 'Aam Aadmi' in India territory and it is better to call him as 'Khaas Aadmi' instead.

Month of March Nearing to The End

Till this post goes live there will be new financial calender may started in government offices. However before diving into the core topic, let me have reality bites on title of the post. The below statements often you will heard in month of March every year about traffic cops in India.

Pan-Tapariwal at Corner of the Signal: Yeh to aaj kaam pe jaldi aayega hi, March endinig aa gaya na (He come to duties early today as Month of March nearing to the end)

A friend with you on your bike: Yeh to har ek ko rukayega hi, March ending aa gaya na re (He will stop everyone as Month of March nearing to the end)

Co-traveler at traffic signal: I carry helmet as well, March ending aa gaya na. See (And point his chin to traffic cop at Signal)

This is the general view on Indian Cops when it comes to see traffic cops at Signal in Month of March. However I do not have second thought on view posted above of Panwala, my friend or any Indian. We used to carry all document and drive by following all traffic rules. Despite that we take special care to stay away from traffic cops as we are aware about chai-pani (Bribery) culture in India. However there are exception to above fundamental of Rules and Chai-Pani culture in Traffic department which I observed when I was waiting for office cab at traffic signal in recent days.

It was another working day (in month of March). I crossed the signal at Kothrud Depot and was waiting for office cab. The traffic signal indicating stop sign on both the side of Paud Road to help the pedestrian like me to cross the road. Fairly I crossed road and saw traffic police at another end. I wondered that how he appearing so early today and sudden thought came up that 'March ending hai'. I crossed the road and waiting on company cab at footpath. Till that time signal was showing red sign which will definitely frustrate working person waiting at main road to turn signal green. I saw one of the lady bike rider jump off the signal even signal indicating red sign.

I saw traffic cop went to middle of the road and indicate that lady to stop her bike and brought her to side of the road which is almost near to me where I was waiting on footpath. Traffic cop explained patiently that when signal is red, you should stop, all other waiting on signal are not stupid. Lady replied 'Sorry, please allow once, let me go'. Traffic police reply really impressed me. He said I will let you go only if you go back to the signal and wait till signal to turn green. Still she was saying 'Sorry, please allow once, let me go'.

Finally, traffic cop asked for her driving license. I saw it was foldable license handed over to him that means it was duplicate copy of license which is not allow (Driving license in smart card form can not be fold). Per law, you should display original license when asked by traffic cop. At first glance, I thought cop will start bargaining on fine to be paid by lady for not having license and jumping off the signal. However he puzzled me when he asked lady for below options to get back her licence.

1. She can pay fine by going to traffic department and take her license OR
2. She can go back to the signal, wait signal to turn red and come to carry her driving license.

Of course, lady choose second option to go back to the signal and start kicking off the bike. Again traffic cop approached her and asked her to go back to the signal without driving as she was trying to drive in opposite direction. I saw the lady was fuming, however the only option she was trying to go back to the signal by pushing her bike. Till she reach there, signal went red again as traffic signal want to punish her too. She did wait till signal turned green and came back to the cop to claim her driving license. As promised traffic cop relieved her by returning her driving license.

This is the perfect example where I saw the traffic police was neither trying to achieve financial target as it was month of March nor taking bribe. Even he never tried to harass a lady for duplicate license. He was on mission to teach traffic rules. Salute!
